Food was always a big part of who I am. Sitting on my father's kitchen floor and taking notes was and still is my Friday night habit. Cooking is like a therapy for me. I can cook for hours not noticing the time and my surrounding.
I love to cook everything. I try new things every day. However, if you pin me to the wall and make me choose, I'll say Middle-Eastern and Italian cuisines are my favorites
