Born and raised in Israel. I am a former professional cook turned a plumbing company owner. After graduating with honors from the French Culinary Institute, I cooked in restaurants and privately until I had to stop due to a back injury. My love for cooking never stopped and I miss professional cooking every day. Since I work full time, I mostly cook on the weekends for friends and family. I love making all the Israeli staples dishes such as Jachnoon, Chraime, Challah, Chamin, Israeli salads, but enjoy and capable of making anything else.
