I'm a native New Yorker with a love of all things edibly delicious!
My specialty is sous vide, a high-end restaurant technique where food is slow-cooked in a vacuum-sealed pouch. The result is perfectly juicy and tender dishes every time! I've been a professional home cook for several years, and love to host dinner parties, in addition to creating delicious meals for WoodSpoon diners.
